We collect only the information needed to operate accounts, listings, and transactions securely.
Information we process
Account identity, profile details, listing and financial metrics, transaction messages, agreement acceptance records, IP address and user agent, payout wallet destination, verification metadata, dispute evidence, and security logs.
How it is used
To authenticate users, publish listings, execute requested transaction workflows, prevent abuse, support disputes, maintain audit records, communicate service events, and comply with applicable obligations.
Service providers
Payment data is shared with NOWPayments when live payments are enabled. Infrastructure, email, storage, analytics, and verification providers process only information needed for their service. We do not store seed phrases or private keys.
Retention and rights
Transaction, agreement, payment, dispute, and audit records may be retained for legal, security, and accounting needs. Applicable access, correction, deletion, objection, or portability requests can be submitted to the marketplace operator.
Security
We use access controls, encrypted transport, secret isolation, webhook verification, audit logs, and operational monitoring. No security program can guarantee absolute protection.
