Terms of Service
These terms govern access to OwnMRR and asset-sale transactions arranged through the marketplace.
Marketplace role
OwnMRR provides listing, agreement, payment-state, transfer, inspection, and dispute tools. It is not a bank, crypto exchange, investment adviser, or broker. Listings are asset sales only and must not offer shares, securities, or investment interests.
Accounts and listings
Users must provide accurate identity and business information, protect account credentials, and have authority to sell every listed asset. We may review, reject, suspend, or remove listings and accounts to protect the marketplace.
Transactions
Transaction terms are captured in an immutable deal snapshot. Buyers and sellers accept a generated asset purchase agreement. Crypto payments and payouts are processed by the configured payment provider under its terms and supported merchant capabilities.
No guarantees
Verification reduces uncertainty but does not guarantee revenue, code quality, future performance, transaction safety, or legal compliance. Buyers remain responsible for appropriate inspection and professional advice.
Liability and changes
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, liability is limited to fees paid for the affected transaction. Material term changes will be communicated through the service.
